Urban Ktel Facility, Patras

Olympic Mechanical delivered the Patras Urban KTEL facility as a turnkey project, creating dedicated infrastructure for bus maintenance, servicing and refuelling. The facility features a steel-framed maintenance hall with spacious service bays and the internal height needed to accommodate large vehicles. Rooflights bring natural daylight into the workshop, while inspection pits provide access beneath the buses for servicing. Exposed structural steel defines the hall’s interior, complemented by steel-supported canopies that shelter the building’s entrances and a separate canopy covering the refuelling point. Organised around the practical requirements of daily fleet operations, the project provides functional spaces for the teams responsible for maintaining and preparing the buses.
