Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team in Patras.
The role involves assisting in the design, modeling, and detailing of steel structures, supporting production, and contributing to the planning and execution of industrial projects.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior engineers and project managers, gaining hands-on experience in the full lifecycle of design and fabrication.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and detailing of steel structures using Tekla Structures, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
- Support project planning, production coordination, and on-site engineering activities.
- Contribute to documentation, technical reports, and quality control processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety in all stages of production.
- Learn and apply company standards and European codes in mechanical and structural design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field (required).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Tekla Structures or SolidWorks is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Organized, reliable, and motivated to develop within an industrial environment.
- Good command of English.
